Sat Nam fellow light workers!!! It was an amazing day of uplifting pranayama and heart-opening Kundalini Yoga & Meditation in Eureka Valley/Upper Castro in San Francisco, California, USA, today. Lighting the path of spiritual radiance and opening the doors so that dharma may be illuminated in conscious co-creation and collective transformation... that is the goal of Dharam Deep Yoga.

Not merely the name of one artist, but a spiritual dharma and way of life on its own, Dharam Deep Yoga truly belongs to everyone on the path of enlightenment and awakening. It was so invigorating and rejuvenating to invite the community into my home today and share the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. It was an intentional day of raising the vibration and strengthening the electro-magnetic field. We shared our pains, sorrows, dreams, hopes, and current good works in the world. Many of us set the intention to live our lives based on the value of creating art in the world instead of a wall of achievement.

I feel so blessed to be a part of this wonderful Kundalini Yoga & Meditation community and I look forward to many more workshops and collaborations in the future. Johna Goldenflame and I will be doing a workshop soon in the future with Emotional Freedom Technique. There are also plans of a workshop in Santa Cruz with Japmeet Kaur & Japmeet Kaur Yoga focusing on Kundalini Yoga & Meditation.

As I share my enthusiasm with you in the here and now, I'd also like to share a transformative journey I took over the Winter Solstice. When I embarked on the Jedi Journey, or Hero's Journey, around the Solstice last year, I wasn't too sure what to expect except a whole lot of awesomeness and juicy living. It was an amazing journey into raw vegan living, intentional community space, and sharing gifts with that community. A definite highlight was seeing so many happy people moving and grooving to tribal house music during the Kundalini Yoga & Meditation session on Saturday, December 22nd at 11am-1pm. It was truly inspiring and breathtaking to see so many faces light up with joy and a sense of raw, innocent pleasure.

Dancing with vigor, stamina, and a sense of boundless freedom, we twirled our hands together in spiral formations like Kundalini snakes; playing off each others' vibe with wide, bright, open eyes. True spirit, vitality, and connection to the Divine was rebirthed and born anew in an ancient practice so steeped in conservatism and dogma, that many shun away from the powerful, life-affirming, and consciousness-raising practice. However, in that moment, the souls danced and played with freedom, holding each others' hands up in the air; celebrating life, jumping for joy, bouncing, smiling and affirming our Re-Bearth Days. One participant exclaimed, "I never knew Kundalini Yoga could be this fun!"

The heart-pumping kriya with our new formed vision of celestial communication followed by a long GONG SOUND BATH, took everyone away into the blue ethers in a beautiful ocean of intergalatic sound, time, and space. The "Long Time Sun" song reverberated throughout the parlor room and walls of the mansion. It was a beautiful way to spend a Saturday afternoon after the Winter Solstice. There are so many more moments to write about and stories to tell that I will save for later. There has been so much transformation for me personally and so many of the friends who went on this Jedi Retreat. I just wanted to take a moment out of tonight to thank Patty Yuniverse, Elevate, and the whole cast and crew of amazing healers and artists that make the Magical Mastery School what it is. You are all so magical, wonderful, and vibrant.

Special thanks to Monica Rivero Salazar, Arthur Galestian, Maira, and Janine Jordan for making the trek out to Ojai and adding to the magic and the mystery of it all. Having just taught a Kundalini Yoga workshop a few short hours ago, I feel the same amazing feelings of love, transparency, vulnerability, courage, and faith that I felt at the Jedi Retreat. We are all in this together. That is what truly living as a cooperative means. In every waking moment, we have a choice to live intentionally and consciously create. May we never forget this truth and live our lives as an example to this commitment; living life with gratitude and respect for the power each of us holds in our hands. May the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you, and the pure light within you, guide your way on. Sat Nam. ♥
