Yogi Bhajan said, "The minute you go searching for something, you have become lost." In this workshop, you will experience your exalted self, not the person you were told you should be, or the person you decided to become because you didn't have the tools to clear the way for your soul. Sat Nam, a Kundalini Bij mantra meaning "True Identity" will be the vibration of this workshop.

Sat Nam is not about pleasing society, your mother, or your ego, Sat Nam is total identity in the soul. Through deep balancing and rebirthing kriyas, ecstatic dance, relaxation, gong meditation, and deep meditation, a neutral space will be created in your mind were you can experience your soul in its natural, exalted state. The time has come to stop chasing.
