WHAT IS KUNDALINI YOGA?

Kundalini Yoga is described by Dharam Deep Singh as an energy-based yoga that works to light up your chakras and tap you into your Third Eye Awakening. It would be accurate to describe Kundalini Yoga as "Energy Yoga" and Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Yoga as "Body Yoga" although both deal with energy in different ways. Kundalini will be more energizing and elevating most times while Vinyasa and Hatha and Yin will be much more grounding.

 

All yoga will give you relaxed energy, but Kundalini known as the "Divine Feminine Shakti" energy may give you expanded realms of awareness and energy you have never experienced before.

Practicing Kundalini Yoga is safe, effective, and very healing.

What might take 22 times with Hatha or Vinyasa Yoga, you can experience in just 1 Kundalini class.

Dharam Deep utilizes a "special-signature-sequencing technique" designed to help students accelerate faster into the state of samadhi and the subconscious mind. Many students comment on how Dharam's classes are like 11 classes rolled into one.

Kundalini workshop presented for free by Dharam Deep Singh in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia at the Green School Village for travelers from around the globe - yogis and yoginis from Australia, Hong Kong, China, Brazil, Amsterdam, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, France, and Thailand - in January 2016. The kriya was "Awakening to Your Ten Bodies" and the meditation "Connect The Subconscious to the Intuition." Afterwards, we enjoyed a fresh, vegan, and organic meal.
