"The first [Dharam Deep] OM Dance [party] I attended was awesome!
To start, the setting was beautiful… we were a block away from the ocean, and the event was held in a posh and upscale yoga studio.
The participants seemed to share a common goal, to raise their level of consciousness, and the OM Dance staff held the space for that to occur through their presence and performances.
All-natural, non-alcoholic elixirs were served that made me feel happy… and apparently others too, because we all danced without reservations for quite sometime, and it was glorious.
We ended the night with a sound bath that seemed to bring peace and healing to the folks in attendance because they re-emerged from the meditation looking a little ‘lighter’ and more peaceful.
I recommend OM Dance to anyone who finds spiritual music, dance, and people appealing!
